Tropical aromas of Tangerine and Pineapple segue into flavors of bright stone fruit and crisp lemon sorbet. The mineral notes, reminiscent of the loamy delta soils following a fresh rain, compliment richer notes of light beeswax and freshly cut hay.
Barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Full secondary (Malolactic) fermentation, and botted without fining or filtration.
