While this wine has light red flavors of raspberry and cherry, the added tobacco note gives the wine an interest that is special to Tempranillo. These grapes were de-stemmed and native yeast fermented with no additions except minimal amounts of sulfur. Aged in once and twice-used French oak barrels for 23 months.
