Bright peach and strawberry aromas move to a light lemon minerality in the mouth which ends up carrying the added viscosity on the finish.
The fermentation was achieved with native yeast, and no chemical or acid additions were made to the wine (with the exception of sulfur). The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 7 months and bottled without fining.
