This rosé was made by taking some of our lighter-colored block of Grenache grapes and putting them immediately into a large bladder press where the juice was removed from the skins and then fermented on its own in neutral French oak barrels. Following fermentation it stayed in those oak barrels for an additional 6 months before being bottled without fining. This process gives the wine added layers of pink himalayan salt and sweet watermelon in addition to a floral nose and zesty candy lemon.
