A cornerstone of our white wine program, the Chardonnay receives special attention throughout the winemaking process. Barrel fermented with native yeast, then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 23 months gives this wine a nice round mouthfeel without overtones of oak. Bottled without fining or filtration to preserve the full flavor.
Tropical aromas of Tangerine and Pineapple segue into flavors of bright stone fruit and crisp lemon sorbet. The mineral notes compliment richer notes of light beeswax and freshly cut hay.
