This light and fruity Rosé wine has a floral nose, with subtle layers pink Himalayan salt, zesty candy lemon, and sweet watermelon. Using some of our lighter-colored red wine grapes, we press the juice from the skins and then ferment in neutral French oak barrels. Following fermentation, it ages in those oak barrels for an additional 6 months before being bottled without fining.
